TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION. BZ Dog Gear LLC ("Company") provides private, guided trail adventures for dogs in the Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida area. Services include pickup and drop-off, on-leash trail walking at Robinson Preserve or Emerson Point Preserve, fresh water and rest breaks, photos and video updates, live location tracking, and first-aid supplies. Services do not include grooming, training, boarding, veterinary care, or off-leash activities.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. Dogs must be under eleven (11) years old for Mini Adventures, younger than eight (8) years old for Full Adventures, and one hundred (100) pounds or under. Dogs must be current on rabies, DHPP, and bordetella vaccinations with proof required before first adventure. Dogs must be in good physical health, current on flea and tick prevention, comfortable walking on-leash, display no aggression toward people or other animals, be manageable in a vehicle, and all behavioral issues must be disclosed upfront. Company reserves the right to refuse service to any dog for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, behavioral issues, or health concerns.
3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at booking. Remaining balance shall be collected after adventure completion. Accepted payment methods: credit card, Venmo, Zelle. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice. No-shows forfeit full payment.
4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING. Cancellations made forty-eight (48) hours or more in advance shall receive full refund. Cancellations with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice forfeit deposit. No-shows forfeit full payment. Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for unsafe weather conditions with full refund or free reschedule.
5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Trail adventures involve inherent risks including but not limited to uneven terrain, wildlife encounters, weather conditions, and physical exertion. Client hereby assumes all risks associated with trail adventures. Client is responsible for ensuring dog is healthy, vaccinated, and behaviorally suitable and must disclose all health issues, injuries, or behavioral problems prior to service. Company carries liability insurance. Company's liability is strictly limited to insurance coverage only. Company is not liable for: injuries or illnesses arising from pre-existing conditions; injuries caused by the dog's own behavior; property damage caused by the dog; any incidents not covered by insurance; any claims exceeding insurance coverage limits. Client hereby waives the right to hold Company liable for any injuries, damages, or losses except as covered by insurance. A five hundred dollar ($500) deductible applies if dog is voluntarily released off-leash outside of a fenced yard.
6. ON-LEASH POLICY. All dogs shall remain on-leash at all times during services. No off-leash services are provided under any circumstances.
7. TRANSPORT AND VEHICLE POLICY. Dogs shall be transported in secure vehicle using seat-belt clips or crates. Client is responsible for any damage dog causes to vehicle. Company is not responsible for transport accidents unless caused by gross negligence.
8. EMERGENCY VETERINARY CARE. By booking services, Client grants permission to seek emergency veterinary care if dog becomes injured or ill. Company will attempt to contact Client first. If unreachable, Company is authorized to make decisions in dog's best interest. Client is responsible for all veterinary costs. Client must provide emergency contact information, preferred veterinary clinic if applicable, and known allergies or medical conditions.
9. PHOTO AND VIDEO USAGE RIGHTS. By booking services, Client grants Company full, irrevocable, and royalty-free rights to use photos and videos for marketing, social media, website content, and advertising. To opt out, Client must notify Company in writing at time of booking.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA USE. Company collects and stores Client information to provide services and communicate with Client. Information is used to schedule services, send confirmations, updates, photos, and promotional content. Information will not be sold or shared except with service providers necessary to operate business (payment processors, booking platforms, insurance providers), in event of business sale or transfer, or when required by law. Client may opt out of promotional communications but cannot opt out of service-related communications while using services. Client may request to review or delete information. Company employs reasonable security measures but no online system is one hundred percent (100%) secure.
11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS. Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcement. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Manatee County, Florida. Client waives the right to pursue class-action lawsuits or jury trials.

By booking a trail adventure with BZ Dog Gear LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
