REFUND POLICY

1. TRAIL ADVENTURE SERVICES. Deposit and Payment: A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at time of booking. Remaining balance is due upon completion of adventure. Cancellation by Client: (i) 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of deposit. (ii) Less than 48 Hours Notice: Deposit is forfeited (non-refundable). (iii) No-Show: Client forfeits full payment (deposit plus remaining balance). Cancellation by Company: If Company cancels due to unsafe weather or other conditions beyond control, Client will receive full refund or option to reschedule at no additional charge. If Company refuses service due to dog's behavior or safety concerns, Client will receive full refund.

2. RETAIL PRODUCTS. Return Window: Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for refund or exchange. Eligible Returns: Unopened products in original packaging; Products with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation); Products in resalable condition. Non-Returnable Items: Opened spray mist products (due to hygiene and safety reasons); Used or damaged products; Products without proof of purchase; Sale or clearance items (unless defective). Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. Refund Processing: Once return is received and inspected, refund will be processed within seven (7) business days to original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless product was defective or shipped in error.

3. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS. Company is not liable for defects, quality issues, or performance of third-party products including but not limited to spray mists, soaps, salves, or other items not manufactured by BZ Dog Gear LLC. For issues with third-party products, customers must contact the original manufacturer directly. Returns of third-party products are subject to the manufacturer's return policy, not this policy.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within seven (7) days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the defect or damage when reporting the issue.

5. EXCHANGES. We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products of equal or lesser value. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, customer must pay the price difference.

6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN. To initiate a return: (i) Contact us at Bzdoggear@outlook.com or 941-896-2774. (ii) Provide order number and reason for return. (iii) Wait for return authorization and instructions. (iv) Package item securely in original packaging if possible. (v) Ship to the address provided.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO REFUND POLICY. Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
